Overview

Thank you for your interest in the Mindfulness program. We encourage you to carefully consider participating in this unique and life-changing program. The courses are designed to introduce Mindfulness meditation practice as a way of reducing stress and developing greater balance, control and fuller participation in your life. Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life including the challenges of stress, pain, illness, and everyday demands.

All classes are open to everyone and we hope you will join us!

Need to Pause for a Mindful Moment?

Join us every day at noon for a free guided meditation. This is a great way to start a meditation habit!

 Every presenter adds something different and has their own unique style. The meditations are interesting. I wish more people could take advantage of them. I read that  Arkansas ranks among the lowest in the nation in mental health. Your contribution makes a difference!

Ready to Go Deeper?

Join us the first Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. for our Mindfulness Community Meeting. This is ongoing support provided by the UAMS Mindfulness Program for KORU Mindfulness Course graduates and anyone with interests in Mindfulness. We meditate, learn more about mindfulness, and support each other on our mindfulness journeys. See dates and topics below.

Donate to Our Program

The generosity of our donors allow us to offer daily noontime meditation sessions and other mindfulness events like our 1st Thursday Mindfulness Community Meeting. Both are free to the public and lead by certified teachers.
